The haptic feedback feature utilizes dual actuators that replace traditional rumble motors, providing physically responsive sensations that correspond to your in-game actions. The built-in microphone and headset jack allow you to easily chat with friends online. You can conveniently switch voice capture on and off with the dedicated mute button, without the need to disconnect your headset. However, note that an internet connection and a PlayStation Network account are required for this functionality.

The DualSense Controller is compatible with both the PS5 and PC. It is not, however, compatible with the PS4 console.

For PS Remote Play, you'll need the Remote Play App connected to a Wi-Fi network, along with a PS4 or PS5 console running the latest system software and a compatible game. A wired LAN connection between the console and the device is recommended for optimal performance. The Remote Play App version 4.0 on iOS and iPadOS, or version 4.1 on macOS, is required for the controller to be fully functional over Bluetooth.

The DualSense Controller is compatible with devices running macOS 11.3, iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, or tvOS 14.5 and later.

Please note that the USB cable supplied with the PS5 console is required to connect or charge the DualSense Controller, as the cable is not included with the controller itself. The controllers are sold separately.
